It's a bit out-of-the-way -- so don't expect a lot of retail businesses nearby -- but nice and quiet if that's what you're after. The operation is obviously only a shadow of its former self, with a shuttered restaurant and not a lot of patrons. However, the room was clean and the person who checked us in was pleasant.

Great price on Expedia for a pet-friendly property. Immediately after having made the reservation I rec'd a message indicating our room was not pet friendly. Upon check-in, when flagging the pet friendly option, I was hit with a $25 pet surcharge, which made the price far less desirable for the facility and amenities available. A wonderful place to lay your head - clean and serviceable but not suitable for a longer stay.
