A well- maintained clean building with a lift serving all floors. The Studio flat had a fantastic layout maximising all the space available. It housed a large vertical wall mounted radiator that worked on demand (heavenly) The Studio was clean, large, bright and well- decorated and had well- maintained flooring. The living areas were cleverly zoned .... The large bathroom adorned with mirrors; the well- stocked kitchen and breakfast bar with 2 high metal stools; the ample storage units; the cosy seating area with a clean (alleluia) double settee, framed with a rug and a stylish coffee table; and finally at the far end, the large bed with a statement headboard. My studio had a picturesque garden view. I had a jolly good sleep but the 10am check out time disrupted this...I wish they would extend the checkout time to a much later slot. Luckily for me, the kitchen provided my favourite quality coffee bags for a much need caffeine boost. It was a bonus to discover a library opposite the building.

Exceptionally warm apartments with no air-con or ventilation other than the balcony door and window which obviously then, if opened, lets in the noise of the busy main road outside resulting in a poor night’s sleep. This was a particular issue on the Friday night of our stay as we could hear the noise of rowdy students pre-drinking in the apartment next to us, as well as lots of inconsiderate people gathering outside to wait for taxis, repeatedly opening and closing the front door, which made a loud banging noise (again resulting in a poor night’s sleep). We experienced a few other issues with the flat such as a faulty bathroom light which repeatedly flashed and a shower tray that filled up far too quickly so the shower couldn’t be used for long in case it flooded the bathroom. As there is no reception, there is no one to resolve issues like this, just an “emergency” number. You are just given a number for entry via the front door and told to collect your keys from a safe from 3pm. The keys weren’t dropped off by a member of staff till 3:10. The flat was clean, well-presented and could have great potential, but the idea that these are just serviced apartments makes you realise that these places can be booked by anyone and used for whatever they wish. The security of the building leaves a lot to be desired, would not recommend.

Stayed there for 6 nights for a business trip. Its a self check-in hotel apartment and they send you the check-in details 1-2 days before your day of arrival. Place is decent with all basic amenities like a microwave, washing machine, kitchen utensils, gas stove etc. Few pubs and general stores around and the nearest tube station is 20 min walk away. Quiet neighbourhood. Only issue I found is that they don't clean your rooms everyday or even every 2 days, so thats a bit annoying.

The facility was lovely with a little garden area and totally secluded with trees and grass. Very peaceful and quite close to lots of exciting places.

Very clean, great communication via email in the build up to check in as there's no reception desk. I stayed on my own for two nights on a business trip and feel the room would have felt rather small for 2 people. Loved the added extra of having a balcony - well worth the price.
