Great customer service. Hotel is closed to all the restaurants and activities in the area.

Overall good hotel. Making bar/lobby area. Location is fantastic. Could do with toothpaste and mouthwash in case you forgot yours (which I did). Bedding was not the most plush. But not awful.

My go-to hotel in Austin
This was my second stay because I enjoyed my first stay so much. I like everything about this hotel- its style, interior design, location, service and terrific array of dining options with lots of great spaces to sit and do work or have meetings.

Would stay again 10 out of 10
I was here for work and already want to bring my husband back to stay here. It is only 1 mile from the bridge / downtown, and it was a safe, easy, walk if you’d want to! Perfect area for food & drink up and down Congress. The interior is gorgeous....absolutely beautiful!

Very Good 8.0
Overall, we had a good experience there. Few issues: the property is on permanent dim lighting. We had a suite and the few lights in the room were all on a darker side. Also only one hook in the bathroom for robes and towels. We ended up throwing them on the floor which made them change them everyday. Also it’ll be nice if they patch up the fonts and paint chipping on the walls. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was amazing, staff very professional and attentive.
