Great hotel. Only complaint. For $520 a night there should be a coffee machine in the room and free breakfast. I understand Starbucks and Perkins are on site but for me to have to spend 700 bucks total for one night

Location, location.
We stay here every year in August. The #1 reason why is the location. It is the only Cedar Point hotel that you can walk out of the hotel and head straight to the park in just moments. The Starbucks is nice and so is Perkins. The beach is lovely for a lake. Cons- the bathroom shower is small and the water spills everywhere. Every time we stay here the bathrooms smell like wet mold. The indoor pool was closed for two nights we were there. They had the cleaning machine in the pool for two days and I never saw a worker. Seems like they were being lazy opening it back up. Very pricy hotel almost a grand for two nights in a very small family suite with two beds. Will we still be back for our annual trip, yes.

Great hotel needs a better check-in process
The room was great! The restaurants were great! Loves the easy access to the beach - which was very clean! Only thing that wasn’t great was the check-in process. Got there right at 4:00 for check-in and the line was 20 people deep. Waited for about 40 minutes to get to the counter to check-in.
