When arrived was switched to the apartments. The first option they gave us, the room was outdated and smelled. They switched us to a 2nd apartment which was outdated too but it didn't stink. We left to do dinner. when we came back and were ready to go sleep we discovered that the beds were dirty, had hair all over it, the pillows were yellow and overall nasty. We ended up leaving at 1am in the morning to a hotel in Asheville, NC (30 minutes away)

Heater must have been broken in the lobby. Was old. The restaurat in the hotel was not good. How do you mess up filot mignon? Olde hotel. Fantastic view which is why we came . Go across the street for coffee.

This is such a great place, it was an unexpected stop in our family trip and we were all so pleased we found this hidden place. Great views for the lake. Loved the chairs outside the property to admire the lake. It was a foggy morning which made it really cozy. Will go back there for sure

Beautiful hidden gem in the mountains
We were stuck on the interstate because of a massive tanker truck spill. This was a last minute booking which turned out to be a peaceful retreat. It was so beautiful I’m going back for a retreat.

My new favorite hotel for Asheville NC Gary
Great property, beautiful lake and Mountain View’s. Although we visited in off season we were impressed with the staff, and the peaceful/comfortable surroundings. This will definitely be my go to hotel for all my Asheville visits.

Great views
The view from the room was fantastic , location Was great . Room was a little outdated. The "continental breakfast" was oj , coffee or milk with yogurt , muffins or not so fresh fruit . I know it's COVID, but the whole guest experience seemed to be off .
