Everything was great, but, sadly the swimming pool and sauna were closed (reception told me this is due to Covid).

Very traditional style hotel, made a nice change from sterile business hotels. Beautiful wood panelling throughout, reception reminds me of a gentleman’ club. Staff all very friendly Breakfast could have been a lot better and restaurant service was appalling at night.

First the food here is fantastic. The staff is super friendly. I would go back in a heartbeat and the next time I am in Moscow I know where I am staying. My room was on the small side and the interior of the room was a bit dated, but that is quibbling. This place is great.

Ok but not thrilling
The hotel is nice, very well located, with a pretty garden and friendly service. Nevertheless, my room was quite dark ( I didn’t care much since I stayed for one day only) and quite old-fashioned, furniture and lamps seem to be taken from 90-s. As for breakfast, nothing thrilling, tables in the main room were occupied so I was offered to eat in the hall which was dark and served mainly for dinners, I guess. Food selection was quite limited, but ok.

Why I liked about this property is the professionalism and friendliness of staff. I also enjoyed the healthy and delicious breakfast buffet. Very well prepared and everything tasted so good! There is not an ATM machine or wheelchair accessible entrance. Also, unlike the United States water is not easily available to guests.
