    Understaffed for a saturday night
The rooms were nice enough although the TVs being in "Hotel Mode" was something I wish they mentioned ahead of time. No hooking up a smart stick or video game. Just deal with the limited cable channels they offer. The biggest complaint though is that we tried to order pizza and had to wait close to two hours due to the hotel staff not answering the phone. I guess the pizza place (in order to make sure you are actually a guest) calls the front desk after you place your order. Well they wouldn't answer the phone so the pizza place refused to send out our order even after multiple calls. It took my wife having to go down to the front desk where they told her they were "too busy to answer the phone"! I couldn't believe it. We had to stand by the phone and wait for the pizza place to call so that we could make sure they would answer and confirm our status as guests. I felt bad for the employees but seriously, having TWO staff on at 6 pm on a saturday night is ridiculous. Management fail big time. Probably would not stay again.

Great if your main choice is for the pool
This hotel was OK. Service for check in was good. The room while spacious was alright...The bathroom sink smelled of went away eventually. Nice little fire place, but the remote was broken and no instructions. The TV had no TV Guide and the TV remote was a generic one that didn't work for the can't use the numbers on it so you have to drift through every channel to find something to watch, so if you want to switch between shows you have to go all the way through the channels again. Called to ask if there was a Guide on the TV, the young kid who answered just said NOPE, I asked if I had to go through every channel and I got a Yup and that was it...not even a goodbye when I went to hang up. May not be a big deal for some but when you plan a weekend of getting away and just relaxing in the wasn't very convenient. No room service or food on site except at the Pancake House, even though the hotel book says there is room service. No newspaper in the morning unless your a member...BUT, someone was nice enough to find us one even though we weren't members...a slight redemption of the rest of the let downs...Breakfast at the Pancake House was good! The Pool was the best part the sauna is off behind a glass wall so it's a bit quieter than the main pool area.

    Great stay
There was a fair amount of road construction around the area which made it a little bit of a challenge but not overly inconvenient. Room was sizeable with a nice electric fireplace. A/C was quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Very spacious room with great amenities, great pool area, not happy that airport shuttle was unavailable on weekends.

    Fair 4.0
Called early in the morning to see if we could do an early check in of 3pm instead of 4pm, the woman who answered was so rude and obnoxious. When we got there and dealt with the actual staff - not the woman who I spoke to earlier on the phone, the woman I dealt with was really nice and accommodating. The walls were so thin. Could hear absolutely everything (in the halls, neighbours, dogs barking, kids yelling and running around late and early). The shape and presentation and cleanliness of the hotel were fine.
