Weekend in Minneapolis

We had a good stay in Minneapolis. Pros included: lady who checked us in was great, answered all my questions as I saw a few strange statements in other reviews. She looked up my member status and provided an upgrade which was very nice. We were there for the Blue Jays/Twins series so the location was perfect for our purpose. Price of parking was lower than indicated ($12 per day) and they integrated this cost into the rate so our stamps reflected the added cost of the parking. Continental breakfasts are rare in downtown Minneapolis. This is a nice addition and better than average breakfast. Liked the coffee/tea/hot chocolate station open 24/7. Shower was excellent, bath products were not the best I have used but still very good. Bed was very comfortable, linens were of excellent quality and pillows were comfortable. Noise transfer between rooms was non-existent. Air conditioning was good, it was very hot and humid the whole time we were there and the a/c held up. TV was large, HD and a significantly higher than average cable package. Wifi was excellent, streaming on iPads while browsing on phones, and no issues with connectivity. Two areas for improvement that I recommend is: recycling in the rooms, we left our recycling at the door and then brought it to the receptacle next to the elevator. I would add ice water to the warm drink station. I plan on staying here again.
