Great location and easy to find. Lift out of order on the Sunday but no real problem.

Avoid basement rooms if you actually want sleep!
Whilst this apartment was spacious, clean and nicely decorated it unfortunately did not deliver against it's primary purpose - offering a nights sleep. The apartment was described as a loft which to my mind suggests elevated or at the top. It turned out to be below ground level and worse still below the street. In terms of location it was good for nearby tube stops but the nightclub across the road and subsequent footfall was horrendous. The windows in the bedroom were in the ceiling, they had no covering so there was no way of blocking out light or the sight of party goers getting frisky overhead and the sound proofing was none existent. There was zero point booking this room as we got no sleep. I think in the short term the room description should clearly state what type of room this is and in the long term the owners look to improve the window situation somehow. Waste of money on this occasion for me.

The London Dungeon!
Sadly, the apartment that I was given (after booking a "Premium" room) was a dark basement apartment with no windows. The only nature light was from a ceiling block of glass tiles, that was actually in the sidewalk outside. People were walking on it and making noise at all hours. There was also no way to get air ventilation in the unit. It felt like a dungeon. On day 1, there was no hot water. It was fixed about 8 hours later, but no real apology from the apartment

basement can be a noisy appt
Not keen on the basement apartment B2 due to noise and night time disturbances from outside the building. However was moved to appt3 which was fine large, airy and well lit with much better quieter bedrooms. Surrounding streets are very busy and noisy with plenty of dodgy characters

Clean and spacious
Great space and exactly what we needed for our lonon stay - very reasonably priced room considering the amenities. Clean and spacious and conveniently located from station.

Great location, warm, clean, lots of room. Unfortunately my apartment was on the top floor which meant walking 8 flights of stairs due to the Lift being out of order.

DON'T STAY HERE
I ended up - not knowing - getting one of their two basement apartments. Spacious, good looking. BUT....the noise from the outside was terrible. People fighting, drunk people screaming, at some point I think two cars crashed...I did not sleep until the early hours and in the morning I was more tired than the day before. Terrible experience!

Disappointed
Let me start with positive things which are cleanliness and well equipped kitchen. On the other hand the negative ones surpass by far anything positive. Upon our arrival we were surprised to find that our apartment was at the block's basement. The only windows in the bedrooms were at the street's pavement level. We could not risk open the windows since if pedestrians happen to throw trash this would end up on our bed/breakfast table. To make matters worse, there was no air-condition in the apartment and with the windows closed there was no ventilation. We called to have a fan delivered to our apartment. Since we insisted that this should be delivered same day as the heat was unbearable, this was delivered in the evening at 11pm. The outside pavement had glass tiles which gave light to the room day and night. During the night we could not sleep since we could hear each and every step of the pedestrians. When we called the admin to complain, we have been told that there was nothing they can do as the block was fully booked. On the day before our departure we had not hot water. We called in the evening and asked to have this fixed early morning since at 9.30am we had to check out. The maintenance guy came to fix this at 9am hence this was too late for us. One last thing, the bathroom had broken tiles. I would have never rented this apartment if I knew that this was at basement level. There was no such information on the detailed description of the apartment.

Good location but not as clean as desired
The apartment building is nice and within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and public transportation stops. My biggest complaint is with the cleanliness of the room. It smelled like the resident that used the room prior to my stay had brought a cat - and the way my allergies reacted, I'm pretty sure it was a cat. So, I had to deal with the smell and dander for the duration of my stay. Besides that, the place was fine.
