Modern and friendly hotel in a great location
Loved everything about this place. Rooms are very modern yet the building still has character, clean, very friendly staff, great breakfast, and most of all a very convenient location to everything. Reasonably priced for the quality, would definitely stay again!

Great property. The staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. I would consider this a 4-star property. Great location, close to the train station if you are doing day trips to other parts of the Tuscan Valley. Florence is not a big city, but you can truly walk to anywhere from the property in 25 minutes or less. I would recommend this property.

Great Florence Hotel
Clean and comfortable Florence hotel. Garden area is beautiful away from the busy city streets (recommend garden view room). Centrally located walkable to all key sights, great option for staying in Florence.

A beautiful hotel located at the heart of the city. Staff are super friendly. A truly relaxing atmosphere. Stayed in the superior room 3rd floor. Very quiet. Spa is nice. Good breakfast.

The staff was wonderful, and assisted whenever needed. The breakfast was consistent and delicious. The room was clean, albeit a bit small. The walking into town was good, but a bit far for multiple trips a day to tourist areas.
