Friendly, helpful and clean!

The people that checked us in and out were amazingly friendly and wanted to be helpful. They acted like they liked their jobs. In the morning when we were having breakfast my husband and I were talking with the employee who was setting up the breakfast and she also was friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was clean and up to date and the price for all this was reasonable. Thank you for a great stay.

Our go to hotel flying out of Boise

We have stayed here many times before an early flight out of Boise Airport. It has always been clean, comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is a plus also. Great waffles.

Don't even think about it

I normally search for good deals on hotels because usually I just need a clean safe space to pay my heard for a few hours. I also pay attention to hotel.com ratings. Somehow this hotel has particularly great ratings. I don't understand, and I can't understand. It was dated. It was loud. I could hear every conversation going on around me from the neighbor in the connecting room to the front desk employee who seemed to have a great relationship with everyone in the place. The noise ended around 1am and began again at 4 (on a weekday.) I woke to the smell of burnt coffee coming from down the hall in the lobby. Tried taking a shower (I was in a handicap accessible room for some reason) and due to it being wheelchair friendly, there was no lodge on the old shower I sent and the water went literally everywhere. So went about my 12 hr travel day minus the shower at that point. I slept 2 hrs, I was cranky, and just needed to get to my own destination before I did more than leave an honest review.

Not bad for an economy stay.

Much better than other hotels in the area at comparable price point. Just a 5-10 minute drive to downtown. If you're trying to decide between this and Extended Stay America - choose this one. We've stayed at both and this was better.

Don’t waste your money the place is a dive

We looked up the rating for this hotel and it said nine out of 10. The place was filthy. It was under construction, it had walls that were painted red and purple in one room that we got put in. We literally left there at 11 o’clock at night because we did not feel safe, we did not feel comfortable, it was completely dusty. The bathroom floor was filthy. There was hairs in the toilet. I would never stay there again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Why no baseboards.

Lots of safety concerns

I was traveling as a single woman so safety was my biggest concern. My first room the deadbolt didnt work which they replaced my room without question but the second room was on the first floor as soon as i walked in the window was wide open to the ground floor and the side door into the hotel was unlocked so anyone could come in from either side. They told me i had gotten one of the new renovated room but the wallpaper was peeling and the floors hadnt been finished. It was clean for the most part but in the room they didnt have the remote for the tv and there was no water cups. The only good part was the front desk had great customer servicd but over i would not recommend. Its worth the money to have piece of mind.

Comfortable, clean place in a safe location.

We enjoyed our stay here. Even though they are currently going through renovations it was clean and quiet. The receptionist who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Reasonable breakfast, hot eggs, waffles,cereal, bagels etc. Great price too! We were traveling with our daughters service dog and they gave us no problem at all. We saw other dogs there too but Im not sure if they were at additional cost. We will definitely stay here again if we need a place to crash in Boise.
