Awful hotel for the money.
We chose this hotel based on the high ratings posted on Hotels.com. However, when we arrived we noticed several stains on the carpet (which also had a hole in it). We also found many strands of hair in the bathroom that clearly wasn't cleaned properly. (disgusting!). The bar was not open for some reason-- staff did not provide an explanation. The hallways were a complete mess as well. For the price charged, we would recommend NOT staying at this hotel.

Staff Was Nice, Place Was Not Clean
When we first arrived the gentleman that checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The room looked modern, but it wasn’t clean, nor did it have toilet paper. We had to get toilet paper right away. Housekeeping did a horrible job and we didn’t really notice until after we went swimming. They didn’t clean the pull-out couch. They’re were cheerios and chips on the bed of the pull-out couch. The pool was gross. There was stuff floating all over in the pool, I don’t know whether it was food or something else. The pool definitely needed some TLC too, the paint on the bottom was chipping.

The rooms are very large and well stocked with a full small kitchen. . The bathrooms are excellant. My king size bed was comfortable. The pool was clean and appreciated. Breakfast in the morning was waffles, eggs, sausages, hot cereal, assorted juices, assorted bagels, muffins and muffins. The breakfast is terrific. The rooms are a little dated but completely acceptable. This is a great stay for persons visiting Froedert Hospital.

The service we received was very good. The receptionist worked to find us conjoining rooms! Our rooms were nice. There were a few stains on a couple pillows cases and the tub needed a rinse before using. Overall our stay was very nice.

Nice hotel, service and cleanliness a little lax
I didn't receive any information from the front desk staff when I arrived. I had checked in online, so was only given my keys. I didn't have the option to use my phone as a key. No info about breakfast, the bar, the pool, or even where the elevators were. I didn't even realize that there was breakfast until I happened to walk through when I was checking out. I liked the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Good quality products. The location of the stainless steel shower fixture was...interesting. It was at waist height and on the opposite side of where you stand. The room was certainly roomy and comfortable; however, it seemed a bit stale, like nobody had been in there for a while and while it had been cleaned (I think they missed the shower), that it just hadn't been recently. The fridge was VERY loud and I eventually just shifted it off.
