Receptionist was rude and unhappy and did not accord us as customers the normal respect we deserve. We do not pay so much to be treated so rudely. Apart from her, the rest of the stay was wonderful.
Pleasant stay despite the long waiting time for check in. Great to see people in good spirit in the midst of COVID.
Horrible service. Hotel did not inform us beforehand that they had no food and beverage , especially at the poolside. Travelling with kids so very difficult to manage. Had I known I would not have stayed there

great space. nice environment. good service. arrival and check in experience amidst covid-19 climate was still largely satisfactory although there were some hiccups while checking-in. even though the check-in time was by appointment basis amidst measures, I was still dished with the "doing final maintenance checks for your room". 10 mins became 15 more. waited for 25mins in total. in light of the situation (staff shortage, strict safety measures to adhere to, etc) it wasn't a huge issue for me. what dipped my experience abit was despite being told that "final maintenance checks had to be done", I still got a room with a faulty bathtub.(water didn't fill even when the stopper was depressed) kinda drops the whole stay experience when you know you were assured a checked room and then still got a faulty one.
Posh property with huge rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Note though that the main Resorts World town square is not walkable from the hotel, although they provide a shuttle every half hour. I took a star off cleanliness as there was a dead bug in my room that the daily cleaning did not remove.
The stay was pleasant other than the following. Check-in procedure was inefficient. We booked via hotels.com but staff was unable to find our confirmation no. in their system. Only to found out that their confirmation no. was from Expedia and could only tally with my name & IC. The blanket was too thin, the thinnest blankets we had from all hotels visited before. It was just a thin piece of cloth & the first night was uncomfy. We requested for a second blanket on our second night and it was much better.
The receptionist is too slow in processing checkin, it takes too long In queueing.
