Lovely property -- would visit again!
We stayed at the Wyndham after our week-long charter and it was a lovely and relaxing respite for three days before heading back to reality. The grounds and beach are beautiful (tho too windy to swim while we were there), the pool is fabulous with great lounge chairs, the rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable, and the masseuses in the spa were FANtastic. Other reviews are accurate in their comments that this property is pretty isolated, but we were happy to stay on site and eat at the restaurant every day -- and the front desk was very happy to arrange cabs if needed. A few things that would've moved me from 4.5 stars 5: - Servers in restaurant weren't always professional (e.g., forgetting to bring water/drinks, getting order wrong) - Food was OK, not great - Wooden furniture in rooms and in gym (like bookshelves and benches) was very rickety and felt like it might tip over easily! - Bar at pool was never open though we were told hotel was at capacity. - No towels provided or water station in gym

Second stay at Wyndham Lambert Bay and once again did not disappoint! Lovely, updated rooms, outstanding staff, and great pool and beach. Stayed before and after a sailing charter and it enhanced that experience!
