I was incredibly lucky to find Marjolein and Aad's B&B when looking for a place to stay in Leamington! Duck Pond is located on a quiet street just outside the downtown area. The cottage itself is perfect for a family of four and complete with everything we needed. It's very clean and we were provided with a COVID protocol prior to our stay so that we were informed and knew what to expect. Just as the name suggests, there are ducks and chickens in the backyard. We spent our down times watching them go about their day, and at nighttime there are fireflies in the backyard and in the neighbouring field as well. I even saw a heron land in the little creek as I was washing dishes in the kitchen! Marjolein and Aad are wonderful hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back and we highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Leamington!

Aad and Marjolein have done an amazing job with their presentation. The breakfasts are good ( I really loved their Omelette) they also left us some snacks. After talking to Aad for a few minutes you can see he has a very kind heart and Marjolein is wonderful

Fabulous B&B
Absolutely the greatest place to stay while visiting Leamington for a few days. Loved the chickens, ducks and purple martins. Location was great. The hosts made us feel very welcome. It truly is the best B&B we have ever stayed at.

Little gem in Leamington Ontario
A lovely cottage suitable for a couple or a family! Fresh homemade baking and jams as well as a full breakfast is waiting for you in your private accommodations. The option of cooking a dinner or bringing one in is available as you have a full kitchen and bbq on the patio overlooking the pond. All comforts have been considered at the Duck Pond B & B.

Great Experience!
The hosts were friendly yet not overbearing. We stayed for two nights. The breakfast was excellent! My teenage boys could not wait to get back on Saturday to see what was left in the fridge for Sunday breakfast! The linen was fresh and clean.
