Would definitely stay here again
We had a wonderful stay at Mama's. The service was fantastic- Enrica and the rest of the staff are incredibly accommodating and helpful. The room is comfortable and we loved the restaurant where you eat breakfast. The waiter knew us and would chat with us. Overall, we would definitely stay at Mama's again! You can't beat the location. The only issue is the car that was supposed to pick us up never arrived. The driver said he was there but we waited 40 minutes staring at the names the other drivers were holding and none had my name! This was obviously not the fault of the hotel. My advice is to not bother reserving a car. There are plenty of taxis lined up outside the airport that can take you to the hotel.

Amazing stay at Mama’s Home
Amazing stay at Mama’s Home. Fantastic location in the square at Campo di fiori, perfect for exploring the city sights and Trastevere neighbourhood. The owners were really nice and accommodating, organising transfers and a baby cot too. Room was lovely, nice and spacious. Had a Nespresso machine, mini fridge and large toilet and shower. Breakfast was included in a bar/restaurant next door too, which was a great surprise addition as it wasn’t mentioned in the room description. Would highly recommend this place.

Amazing location!
Entrance was kind of hard to find at first because it’s nestled between two outdoor restaurants. After finding it, there is no “front desk” as you have to climb 2 flights of stairs to find the check in area. Staff was so friendly tho. Room was amazing as it overlooked the square. Location was AMAZING as we were literally in the middle of everything.

Very Roman!
We love the location and the atmosphere of the hotel. We felt like we were going home every day after our long walks around town. All the people in the staff are wonderful and super friendly. The restaurant next door, where we had our daily Roman breakfast was wonderful: great people! Everything about Mama’s Home, including the restaurant, made us feel welcomed!

Mama's Home was amazing! It was in a perfect central location within walking distance to Vatican City, Trastavere, The Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Coliseum and more. The host was very response to questions and made the stay very easy. The room itself was clean, modern, and large for being in downtown Rome.

Grat location! Just a few small niggles…
Great location, perfectly placed for all the main sites within walking distance. Really comfy beds, great pillows (experience of European hotels are these are usually terrible). Air con worked a treat! Only downside is lack of storage, nowhere at all in bathroom to store toiletries, and whoever was above our room was noisy - we could hear them walking around, dropping things, sounded like they were moving furniture at all hours! No do not disturb signs so on two occasion the cleaner walked in and all before 9am?! We arranged for a taxi to collect us at the airport but they never showed, ended up going to the taxi rank (which was cheaper in the end). The arranged taxi driver then messaged an hour and half after we landed to say he was at the terminal, but then we had been at the hotel nearly half hour…
