Great location. Located inside Kootenay National Park with easy access to numerous trails. Unfortunately many trails were closed due to fire damages but we still had a wonderful time by driving around. Room is clean with good size. Hotel restaurant was decent. Nice place.

Lots of potential however the place needs lots of work. Loseness to highway was also not optimal and car and truck sounds kinda spoil it. Food was good ... property xould do with some fixing of bbq benches etc. Nice bedding and warm comfortable sleep. Bathroom was also not fun to use, it was too cramped and small. Keeping in mind it was built in 1923, it was cool to stay there in ways.

This is a very neat little cabin built in the 40's Very rustic and beautiful scenery. Don't go there if you expect all the amenities. It was comfortable clean and we really enjoyed it for what it is rustic
