Great Service!
The service at this hotel was exceptional. Jonathan at the reception desk was extremely attentive to our needs, was responsive at all hours, and was flexible enough to help us with a late check-in when a snowstorm messed with our travel plans. It was a very pleasant stay, and we cannot thank the staff enough!

Excellent staff, very accommodating. Early check-in made our arrival much more manageable. Parking was easy and convenient and not overpriced. Nice, small room. Had everything we needed for a "home base" in the old city. Great location, steps from the main tourist attractions (at this time of year, the Xmas Markets). Really good, centrally located hotel in the best part of town.

A hidden gem waiting for a masters touch
Very nicely located in the historic part of town. The room was quite tired, dingy even. Carpets were old and worn. The bathroom was quite nice. Beds weren’t very comfortable. With just a bit of fixup, new carpets, some aesthetic attention on the baseboards and the walls this hotel could be a fabulous find given it’s location and the quaintness of its old world charm. Jonathan (front desk) was great and took good care of us.
