The staff is awesome. The hotel is definitely a different experience. Each area has cabins our room was good size to not crowd 3 people. No fridge or microwave (which was fine). Be warned... if you book a Deluxe Quadruple Room, your bathroom (toilet, shower and sink) are outside and not in the room. It is camouflaged by the the screen and some bushes around the garden area, but it is still outside. I did not see this on any other reviews, so I figured I'd mention it. If you are looking for 5 start resort, find somewhere else. This is not a 5 start resort, but a unique experience, and great for bird watchers. If you're looking for birds, this is the perfect place. We had birds waking us every morning with their beauty. There is a restaurant on site, but the dining options are limited nearby.
