Amazing hospitality and comfort
We had a very tiring journey before arrival to the place and we were warmly welcomed by them and right at the desk we were given all the information of the room, area and other details. A map was given to us and they explained us everything area wise and told us how to go and which places are a must see. It really helped us a lot. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The free goodies provided by them were just another sweet addition. It was like having a small place to yourself. Room was cleaned everyday and restocked. They made the stay very convenient, easy and were available for contact even at odd hours for help. The area is okay but is close to the station, metros and buses. If you consider getting food delivery to this place, then the area has pretty good options.I would really recommend this place

I'd love to stay again!
Great service, lovely accomodation and stay. The only downside was the flaking paintwork around the ceiling but minus that everything was perfect.

Day sleeper review
The owner was very helpful and extremely accommodating We had missed our train from Florence the night before we were to check out. They gave us as much time as we needed to leave. The room itself was ok and needed improvement. The television wasn't working properly and in the bathroom the ceiling needed to be repaired. The breakfast consists of several wrapped (not fresh) breakfast items that you have to prepare yourself in your room with a provided toaster and cappuccino maker (a plus) More importantly, the air conditioning was barely existent The other problem is the photo of the building. It is not in the best area. The building is covered in grafetti and is right next to the train tracks. We did advise the owner of these problems upon leaving. Hopefully he will repair these issues
