A very relaxing break
Lovely comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff who did everything to make your stay special. Beautiful spa if rather expensive. Excellent location as Bath is a gorgeous city that you can easily walk around

Wonderful 40th Birthday thanks to the Gainsborough
Wonderful friendly staff who kindly gave us a complimentary upraded room for my 40th birthday. The room was fabulous and we were welcomed by a bottle of red wine and a birthday card. Truly a lovely experience and would definitely recommend.
