Turned up late (sound 10pm.was told the chef went home at 9!)so no feed available. £40euro for a bottle of average wine. Staff not overly helpful. Room wasn't overly clean. Water (I think) stains on toilet seat and floor, hadn't been wiped. The pillows are to thick and very uncomfortable. Bed was good. Shower was really good. Breakfast! - 25 euro each! Not worth 15 euro. It is a handy hotel to get to the train station to get into Amsterdam central.

Not Ideal for Family

I did not like this hotel at all. It may look cool to press a button and have the elevator flash a light to indicate which one is available and to simply drop off your key card into a box for the check out (all very convenient). However, face to face support is still needed. I had only one towel in my room but luckily found someone in the corridor to ask for more (or???). The room was hot and noisy. Even the mattress was squeaky. The TV was the worse— not connecting possibly because of the bad internet signal. Bathroom is wide open. Excellent standing shower but if you want privacy— there’s none (glass door). Would not recommend this hotel for family. Good room space and amenities including a small fridge. Good for business trip. Well located near metro.

Nice start to our adventure

Room was clean and comfortable. Am a musician and enjoyed the unique opportunity to play guitar in the lounge and my room for a bit. We did not have the breakfast buffet because it looked plain and mostly breads and pastries.

This hotel I didn’t like at the beginning. Everything done online and self check in and check out. It is a very heavy on tech including the garage for the parking. You need to install an app that you pay for and every time you exit or enter you need Internet to connect to the app and open/exit. That was the only negative experience. You can also go to the garage directly. You have to come to the main lobby and then go to the garage underneath. The rooms are quite nice but if you are sharing with someone or friend you will have to shower with a glass open. My friend and I have to communicate to give each other privacy. Also the lights in the shower and entire room are connected. So you can’t switch off some lights without the rest. All connected. There’s an iPad that controls everything. It’s actually not bad at all. Enjoy
