Okay experience. Neighbors weren’t terribly loud but were audible through walls the whole night even with AC blaring and the bathroom area smelled like smoke. Other than that surprising smell very clean and moderately comfortable.

Very nice local motel in quiet part of Nebraska. Wish there were more of these places to stay. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here.

Our only complaint was that the complimentary breakfast was very limited choices. We stayed a few years prior and this was not an issue at that time. Not sure if it is due to the pandemic that there has been cutbacks.

Clean facilities, quiet and peaceful, and sat outside listened to coyotes howl in the morning as i drank my coffee. breakfast selection was minimal, but assume that might be due to the covid.

Great place to stay!
We arrived about 11:00 pm on a Saturday night. the front desk clerk was very nice. I remember her last name was Beck. The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfy. The breakfast bar was rather slim choosing, but with the Covid-19 events we could understand the small selections. Mrs. Beck had recommended a restaurant called Westside back down the road to Norfolk (cant remember the town) so we went there for breakfast. It was very good too! I'm sure if we were going to go back to Atkinson, we would choose the Sandhills Guest House Motel again!
