The room was full of flies and this maybe because of the garbage bags that was lying in the ground of the walking area and and not in the garbage container and even in the room we have requested for garbage bin.

My stay at this hotel was a great time,The staff were great especially those by the pool and bar area. Breakfast each day was different and really good. Room was a decent sized area,Good location, just a couple of km from the centre. I’ll be in Bodrum next year and I’ll definitely stay here.

First the room view was amazing and the waiters were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sibel. BUT the hotel management is totally UNPROFESSIONAL! no customer service at all! I had two situations and be aware of it!!! 1. I was charged for food that I have not ordered! please check all bills before you pay at the check out. Someone wrote my room no. and put my name on the food check! Although I did not order it!! ( attached the pic) WHICH is Ridiculous!! 2. I had asked the receptionist (Faroq) for a taxi, then there is people came 7-10 min after me that requested him to call a taxi to the airport. Once a taxi came I went to take it, but the porter knows the taxi driver, so he gave it to the people that going to the airport and asked me to wait for the other taxi!!!! although it was my turn! He preferred to give them him this ride as he will make a better money than my ride!! So unprofessional! I told the receptionist (Faroq) about it, but he tried to cover his employee up! You guys need to act more professional for a hotel you assigned to have 4 starts!!
