Never Again.
Do yourself a favor and go book across the street at the Hampton inn. 1. There were “vacuuming” noises at like 11 PM. Front desk came to knock on my door to tell me to stop when I was the one complaining. I think it was just hair dryers and poor sound proofing. 2. The room was really old. The bathroom mirror can be opened to see the bed which is a weird design. 3. The shower didn’t have a door or curtain. The floor was drenched after my shower. 4. Front desk did not care about any of these complaints.

If you like being able to sleep, don’t stay here
Room wasn’t very clean. AC didn’t work so the temp was stuck at 75, which is too hot to sleep. Traffic was too loud to keep my window, plus I didn’t feel safe since I was only on the second floor. A maintenance person came to my room to fix the AC but it didn’t do anything and he acted put out that he had to do his job. In addition to the room being hot, the mattress pad was essentially plastic and made sleeping that much more hot and uncomfortable. When I requested to be moved to another room they said they didn’t have any available rooms. There was no effort to right the situation. Had two nights of terrible sleep in a not very clean room. Never coming back and shared my terrible experience with my colleagues, so they know not to stay there either.

American faulty towers
NOTE - Prices advertised night rates are inflated $25 “facility fee” when you arrive. Consider this when comparing hotels. BRITISH GUESTS - think American version of tv series faulty towers. EVERYONE ELSE - I’ll start with the good - beds were very comfortable and housekeeping & maintenance staff (ONLY) were very pleasant and polite. So, the rest… Reception staff - they are hired to provide decent customer service but EVERYTHING was a problem for them. If you are raise an issue with them (such as faults/fire alarms), beware of their wrath and attitude. There ones one new member of staff who was as helpful as she could be, but time will tell if that continues… Hot water - time your showers carefully, otherwise it’ll be luke warm at best. Despite reception staff assuming nobody knows how to use a shower tap/heat control. Know that they have a hot water tank with that has a limited amount of hot water - if you time it wrong, other guests will use it all up before you and you need to wait a few hours for a hot shower. Plumbing - run taps slowly when brushing teeth, the drains are blocked so drains very slowly. Doors - eat your spinach! The doors are very heavy and the hinges are broken throughout hotel (Many guests complaining that doors were difficult to open. As a handy guy, it was obvious to me and the maintenance guy that the hinges/screws weren’t strong enough. As a result the door fool two hands and strength to open & close, with a loud bang disturbing other guest
