In this day and age you should not have to pay separately for wifi. Check in was subpar although they did compensate us for it. It appeared that many people were left waiting way too long for their rooms. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

A beautiful and fun place to stay. Lots of places to shop and eat and lots of things to do. Cleanliness could be picked up a notch or two. Had to wipe tables ect down as looked like they hadnt and dishware looked rinsed not cleaned

Great location in the village. Reception was okay. Some of the front desk staff were very helpful but there were a few that were rather useless and didn’t offer much. Room was nice, clean and spacious but the noise in the hallways was annoying.

Room it self was okay but the village was magical. First night we had very noisy neighbors who partied till 1 in the morning. Room seemed cleaned but sheets had some weird odor. Bad was not comfortable at all.

Great room, clean, comfy bed. Checked in around 4:30 and it took over an hour as the line was very long. One elevator was out of service so we took the stairs. Would be inconvience if you required it for accessibility as wait for the one elevator was 20+ minutes
