Very well designed.
Great value for the price. Capsules, room and facilities are all very well designed and provide real comfort within the constraints of this type of shared dormitory.

Khaosan samurai asakusa
The hostel is great for a v reasonable cost. Laundry and kitchen amazingly handy, people kept to themselves but were polite and quiet. Very clean, bathroom amenities were good, local area excellent for travel, nearby 7-11, and don quixote supermarket across street handy for everything and souvenirs. Temple and market is about 2 roads in front of hostel if u want to go sightseeing, tsukuba express is right on doorstep and 3 stops from akibahara. Otherwise, other stations are about 500 meters walk away, plenty of tourist friendly restaurants in area, its not super crowded, thankfully, but its colourful and relaxing to wander around asakusa. The hostel capsules are small but totally fine, the locker took a tiny bit of working out! But was handy. (With an extra padlock, u can make another storage space behind the pulldown desk inside the capsule in a space emergency) there is a plug socket in the capsule. the vending machine on the 6th floor is a tiny bit cheaper than those outside. Free tea in the kitchen and social room! All the furnishing in rooms are lovely and well made. Staff were helpful and polite and spoke excellent english when necessary!
