The front desk staff checked us in early & was helpful with answered questions throughout our stay. We had a great stay but was disappointed that the room did not come with the standard microwave and refrigerator. I would say that the hotel needs some remodeling/updating as it's showing age and band aids will only hold temporarily.

This was a nice budget casino hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and the casino was fun and paid out pretty well. The rooms were comfy and clean. Would have been nice to have some toiletries like shampoo and soap. If you are expecting luxury this is not the place, but the location, service and price is right for a quick stay such as ours was visiting relatives.

The staff was amazing!, at least the front desk was the one we dealt with. We reserved 2 rooms the room where we stayed had an iron mark on the carpet and had bed bugs I found one under the AC, so went to the store and bought alcohol and spray the beds and the carpet, to not spoil our little vacay. The other room had a big wardrobe and 2 of the drawers did not work, they open by itself, and latch of the door did not work. We loved the location hopefully by next time they have better cleaning up.

the room was clean and the only complaint i have is the outlet on the desk was loose when you plugged something into it so it didn't hold the phone charger . the staff was friendly and was able to direct me to my room with easy to follow directions , the Air conditioner worked very well and was able to cool the room down in a short while. i did not use the pool or hottub but they looked very inviting i just wasn't set with the proper attire to enjoy such a luxury at the time of my stay.
