The room was clean, though the sheets didn't want to stay on the bed. The view was a fence. Even after they tried to fix it, we kept having issues with the key card. Staff was friendly & helpful.

There were no USB charging ports available, there was a smoking area right next to the front door where I had to walk thru smoke each time I entered or exited the hotel, no elevator so me with bad knees trying to cart my heavy bags upstairs was a problem, there was a light in a plug I couldn’t turn off and there was a weird odor
