The staff is wonderful, the property is beautiful, the grounds are breathtaking but due to covid there are a lot of amenities that were off limits and not communicated to us prior ti booking. This is not a "non-golfing" family resort. The hot tub was closed, the spa was closed, the complementary breakfast was a sandwich, and there was no day dock. All of these were not communicated to us when we were booking, leaving us with a very disappointing stay as all we could do was go to the restaurant and sleep. I can imagine, outside of Covid times, this would be a wonderful stay.

This property has a beautiful water view and is kept in great condition. I visited in November so it wasn't that busy and when I showed up to check in no one was at reception (and there was a sign to call an extension for assistance but no phone to call the extension from) Within a couple minutes I was able to find someone and everything was great after that little mishap.

Property located on the water with breathtaking view. Very tranquil and really feels off the grid. It definitely relaxes you here. What i didn't like was that not all staff are fri5anx welcoming. If you work in this industry that should be a must. The older lady that works in thd golf stord was not at all welcoming to us. But everyone else was great!

This was a return trip, first one much better in 2018, room not near as nice as suite, I was told they were similar, when I was not able to get the Sutton Suite again. There is no similarity, view and comfort. The views sell your property, not the driveway and the road. The breakfast was cold and soaky, and the service was lacking. Dinner was fine again. The golf course was also fine greens a little slow but the season has had a late start.
