Let me be clear: This is not a criticism of the staff or the property, particularly in these difficult times. The room was immaculate. And the hotel allows pets. But this is an older hotel in an area that has basically become a huge truck stop—minus any amenities. You are basically on the access road of a very busy interstate, but there are no decent restaurants within walking distance, and worst of all, no place to get coffee in the morning—a cardinal sin in my book for any hotel. Many of the residents of the property seemed to be long term renters who were preparing their own meals. To make matters worse, on the night we arrived there was a fire just west of the area and all the roads were completely choked with cars and semis. Very unpleasant. If you stay here, you will be forced to drive back to the resort area for food or drink. This is not a relaxed pleasant mountain experience. If you want that, spend the extra money and stay near the springs.

Best part was being able to park my motorcycle in front of my room window.

Full time renters on property. I was turned off by being put next to those renters. A/C struggled to cool & room felt & smelled muggy. Tiny bugs on ceilings! Would not recommend.

Nice little place with a walk out view of Red Mountain. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Quiet and very clean! Might bring my doggos next time as they are pet friendly, note I did NOT notice and “pet-friendly” stains or smells from accidents. It’s an older place but kept well and a bargain. Close to the main drag and just next to the river.

Perfect stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, comfortable rooms, fabulous pool, great a/c despite it being in the 90s outside, and perfect location for getting to hot springs, hikes and downtown Glenwood. We don’t really need to consider any other hotels in Glenwood from now on!

This is a good, well-priced place to sleep in Glenwood Springs. It is dated but clean. The air conditioning provides cooling and good white noise but it's a bit loud for the size of the room. This time we stayed in their most basic rooms (that face full west which means lots of late afternoon Colorado sun). The cabins and other rooms are nicer in our opinion.

Roach infested, couldn’t open window because smoking is allowed on premises. Courteous, and helpful staff willing to accommodate.

Just so-so place. Could use some upgrading, for sure. Not worth the $102 for the night.

We felt the front staff was friendly and accommodating. We travel with 2 cats and our room was a perfect fit for us.
