They will steal your money no doubt
By far the my worst hotel stay ever. I rarely write reviews but this one calls for it as a caution to fellow travelers. The room I was given was stinking of mound and dirty water when I entered. I complained and they said they’ll use air freshener which made no difference. I could see there was water damage in the ceiling and carpets smelled wet. I thought I’ll get through the night but to my horror ceiling started leaking water at midnight while I was in bed. I woke up alarmed and called the after hours number and Ana extremely drunk Tom showed up with new sheets and promised to refund my stay. The next morning I was in the toilet and the water started coming down from the ceiling, imagine my anger. It was the shower water from upstairs. I was so disgusted. It’s been 5 days since the incident and I haven’t seen a refund. I called back and Ed was extremely rude , instead of being apologetic. I wasn’t even able to sleep that night in the smell of piss, mould and a wet carpet. Stay away from this place, they are what they call themselves , Thief’s. I wish Hotels.com would ban them from their site. I intend to post pictures and videos from my stay to other review sites.

It was OK. Room was clean, no frills. At £98 a night its not bad for Bath.

Good and bad!
Great location near to city centre attractions. Bedding towels very clean, bed exceptionally comfortable! If there is a complaint , it was the continental breakfast, although a good choice of meats, cheeses and pastries etc. We were very conscious of the large flies landing on the uncovered produce, certainly putting my wife off from eating them!

Ok so first impressions were good. Simple check in and the room seemed bright and airy. I asked for my pillows and duvet to be changed as I'm allergic to feathers and this was accommodated easily by the young lady on reception. There is nowhere to store clothing apart from 1 rail with 3 hangers. No drawers at all. The bathroom was tiny and had we been much bigger it would have been a problem. The shower was dirty and smelt nouldy
