UNHAPPY CONSUMER
A very uncomfortable visit. We booked multiple rooms for a 2 night stay and each night we had weird experiences. First night @ 5:30am awakened by multiple men sitting in the hallway having very loud conversations, so much so that I called the front desk unsure if they had gained access to the building illegally. The male front desk attendant assured us that he’d be right up…never came. It was scary looking out your peep hole and seeing this, considered calling the police. Second night same thing, constant door slamming, loud shouting, sounds like people being assaulted in their room…all after 2am…another call to front desk, with no assistance. Unacceptable, you pay for a good nights sleep in a comfortable environment…unfortunately it was anything but that.

The bathroom floor was very sticky. We were unable to get channels on tv to watch football games. My husband said we will not stay again because of these things. It was non refundable otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. We stayed here before several times but did not encounter any problems before.
