Disappointed
Disappointed with the room. Size was small (even after upgrading). Extremely noisey, no outlets in the bathroom, ironing board, but no iron, had yo uave a refrigerator brought up to the room for our three night stay. I've stayed in quite a few "5 star" hotels, and i would give this one an honest 3.5.

The staff were very welcoming, kind and attentive. Housekeeping was the best I have seen at a hotel in quite some time - room cleaned early and items replenished every day.
