Front desk team is excellent - especially Derrick who went above and beyond for us while sourcing more bedding but valet/concierge is misinformed on open hours and slow. Once we asked for our car and the guy took his time and eventually gestured to walk us down to the garage bc he thought we just needed something out of the car. Also I am injured, and have a boot on my foot but no one even so much as hit the automatic door switch for me. Overall I still love The Line. The area is great and I can’t imagine staying elsewhere in DC.

The wifi connection was quite poor. The water in the shower came down way too strong. They charged me extra when I didn’t take anything from the minibar; we bought water from CVS.

Beautiful hotel. Its history was interesting. Staff was very friendly. Room service food was average, but pricey. Had to ask for and then wait on fresh towels each day, even when we tried to get them ourselves.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at The Line during a short getaway without kids. The room was trendy and unique, very clean, and the bed was so comfortable! We enjoyed drinks at the bar, coffee at the cafe, and a nice dinner at the restaurant. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! We will absolutely be returning to The Line whenever we are back in DC!

Really nice hotel and people there. I left my Apple Watch charging in the room when I left early the other morning. I called when I realized it was missing and “security didn’t find it”. And that there was nothing they can do. I even left a nice tip for the maid service too. So annoying.

This was my second time at The Line, and I WILL BE BACK! My daughter lives close, so it's a perfect location for me. The hotel is funky, yet comfy, with all amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they seem to genuinely like their jobs. I love the cafe, the bar, and the restaurant...so much happening. My first stay I had a minor valet parking issue, and the manager gave me a credit immediately. Room service is easy, as well. Like I said, I WILL BE BACK!
