Great breakfast, friendly staff, spacious room. In room Tea and coffee making facilities only the TV was not working. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. A short Uber ride to V&A harbour front.

Fantastic Stay
Stayed here with my mum as part of our trip to Cape Town. The area of Green Point was quite central to the V&A which we loved. The hotel had such an open, friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and the rooms, reception, pool and bar area is so chilled out and lovely to relax in. I would certainly stay here again, and recommend Head South Lodge to anyone who comes to visit Cape Town, regardless of the duration of their stay.

They'll take all your money if you cannot arrive.
Be careful paying in advance because if anything happens to you to cause you not to be able to go, you will not get any refund. Instead you'll get pointed to some obscure t's and c's and a blunt email. I did not like the experience. I'm not asking for favours, but a slightly sympathetic tone to the business like email would have been appreciated, even if you help yourself to 100% of the bill for a non-arrival. Very disappointed.
