    The rooms are a little run down. The restaurant is old-school fancy and quite good. Expensive by local standards, but not by international ones.

    This hotel is in dire need of an upgrade and also needs to do something about making sure that the prostitutes are kept outside and not allowed in the bar area. Breakfast was not great either to put it mildly.

    Horrible hotel, horrible service!

    Absolutely the worst hotel in Tana...Stay elsewhere, there are hotels nearby that are substantially better. The service level is so bad at this hotel, don't stay here! You will be very dissappointed with the stay.

    Good for Tana

    A huge hotel right in the centre of Tana. Room was pretty good and very big but this was the only place in my 4 week stay in Madagascar where I was bitten by mosquitos as there was no net or coil. Pool and spa are nice. I was travelling alone and hotel was very impersonal and didn't really feel safe to venture far from.the hotel without a driver. Staff were friendly and helped book a driver but didn't have many suggestions of things to do or offer any maps or info about Tana or hotel. Lots of food and drink options. Patisserie was bar far the best. Overall probably one of the best in Tana but wouldn't recommend for solo travlers or a long stay.
