Peaceful and beautiful
We arrive late and they waited for us and asked if everything was ok. We feel welcome and help was always available, they have a smile on their faces. Food is great in the restaurant and the swimming pool was the best on those hot days

Sehr freundliches Personal! Das Doppelzimmer ist sehr geräumig und sauber gehalten. Die Außenanlage ist wunderschön auch um Abends noch draußen zu sitzen. Im Restaurant hat es uns auch sehr gut geschmeckt in einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre.

Hidden and empty
We stayed in the beginning of June and it was more then empty, of course the resort can’t help that the occupancy is low but as a guest you expect the same service as if it would be fully booked (or event better) we asked if we could rent a car, but nobody come back to us and we couldnt find anyone to ask either, It was empty all the time and we checked out one day before even if we already paid for the last night, we read so many reviews about the good restaurant at the resort but this was the lowest quality of food on our holiday. We thought this was a hidden gem but unfortunately it was only HIDDEN! We were offered to get a drive to Bol to our new hotel but surprisingly we had to pay for it. We hope the resort shape up, some music, flowers, open bars and some visible staff etc and this place can be a real hidden gem!

Deludente.
La camera corrispondeva alle foto illustrative ma il frigo bar era guasto così come la tv e nessun membro dello staff si è scusato di questo. In moltissime recensioni (così come nell'account stesso della struttura) si accennava ad un ristorante eppure non è stato avvistato nulla di tutto questo. La persona che ha accolto gli ospiti non era assolutamente qualificata perché parlava solo croato (almeno un po' d'inglese sarebbe stato gradito) ed era facilmente deducibile non fosse un membro della reception. In altri termini, non c'è stato nessuno pronto ad accogliere gli ospiti; partiamo dal presupposto che possa essere fatta un'obiezione in tal senso perché non era stato comunicato l'orario d'arrivo ma esattamente.. dove avremmo dovuto comunicarlo? Niente indirizzo mail e il recapito telefonico segnalato in prenotazione non era assolutamente raggiungibile ( gli ospiti hanno più volte chiamato per avere info su come raggiungerli).Che non si replichi sul fatto che la reception abbia degli orari speicifici perché nell'account ne è garantita la disponibilità 24/24. Dulcis in fundo; la spiagga privata, a quanto pare non a loro accessibile sebbene fosse indicata come una delle principali attrazioni della struttura.

Déçue
Sur le papier l'hôtel a l'air top et le cadre est vraiment sympa. Mais j'ai été déçue de mon séjour : la literie est vraiment mauvaise, il n'y avait pas de couvertures dans la chambre et nous avons eu froid et surtout le petit déjeuner est à prendre ailleurs (rapport qualité prix moyen). Vraiment dommage car le lieu en lui même est vraiment chouette.

schönes sauberes Zimmer
perfekt sauberes und schönes Zimmer, leider aber sonst etwas unorganisiert und verlassen-das Restaurant haben wir nicht getestet, nur beim Frühstück-den Kaffee aus dem Automaten konnte man allerdings gar nicht geniessen, Toast&Obst war ok. Pool&Liegestühle ok. Umgebung oder Ort selber ist nichts, mit dem Auto aber ok, ca. 15 Minuten über Bergstrasse runter nach Bol, süsses Hafenstädtchen mit x-Restaurants etc. Für einen Zwischenstopp ohne hohe Ansprüche an die Infrastrucktur sehr ok.
