Could improve
Breakfast times were and the serving of it were odd. Soda machines were either empty or warm. Beds were too high - why do hotels do that? Also, the mattresses were hard and the fitted sheets too small. Claim that Mt. Rushmore was only 5 minutes away were deceiving. They did clean the filter of the AC quickly after being told it wouldn't run. Tub was slow to drain. It was pretty quiet, which was good.
