The stay was good and the the breakfastwas fantastic. The hotel asks that you let them know each day if you want the room cleaned. When I checked in I asked that the room be cleaned everyday, or last least the bed be made and garbage collected and I had to call to get them to clean the room even after two days. Maybe the rule could be changed for people staying more than two days that the room will be cleaned ever 2 days at a minimum.

Stay here!
Great hotel in a great location! Just enough away from the night life craziness but close enough to walk everywhere. Room was updated, clean and spacious. Customer service was great, any needs were met quickly and with a smile. Breakfast was by far, the best free hotel breakfast we've had, and we've been to many. Layout of hotel is a tad confusing at first but you get the hang of it. Parking garage next door was grubby but felt safe. It was little bit of a squeeze but large enough for a full size suv to fit. Parking was $25 for 24hrs, a good deal considering the area. We would totally stay here again if visiting the area.

Excellent Everything!
We stayed in a king studio, it was very comfortable, clean, new, spacious. Love the location, literally a 5min walk to streets going to the French quarter. Love love that parking garage is attached to hotel even though it’s a separate entity. Only $25 self park per day(in and out privilege). Whereas most other hotel charge at least $40 and valet only at that(which means tipping). A lot of choices for breakfast buffet. Overall, excellent location, room conditions, breakfast and parking.
