Unique place to stay!
It used to be monastery but one part is converted into the hotel, with a lot of monastery features; museum inside the hotel too; It's a very quite place with a lot of history, they grow some of the greens and use them for breakfast, very tasty and healthy sandwiches in the boutique/lobby too; it's not a party place, no bar in the hotel, it's more of relaxing place; love the idea and the concept of this place. Very( soul) soothing music vibe throughout the breakfast service; Had a relaxing massage - fantastic experience; Great location too for all tourist attractions in the city; Highly recommending to the people that want peaceful and restful stay in Quebec City. Simplicity, inner peace and conservation of this place ….is what this hotel promotes and I love it!

Clean, quiet, convenient location in old town
Very clean and quiet - few mins walk from the train station (come out opposite the big fountain) - I opted for a 4th floor room with my own bathroom - bed was a bit lop sided, I think they need to spin the mattress to even things out. Bring an eye mask as the window shutter lets light in. Breakfast (please obey the silent rule, funny to see how some people must talk all the time) was good - organic, tons of fresh fruit, home made bread and banana bread, choc loaf, boiled eggs, waffles, good coffee. I didn’t have lunch or dinner there. So much history in the building and on display - some nuns still live there, I talked to one briefly. I had a 30 min reflexology (relaxing foot massage not the pressure point one I was expecting and 30 mins on a table that vibrates gently. Both were nice as I walked a LOT (30,000 steps the previous day). Good location, close to Chateau Frontenac, restaurants. Would stay here again. They grow their own sprouts and some veg and herbs, lovely garden, beautiful property.

A good night's sleep
Very nice hotel. Very quiet rooms, comfortable beds and crisp linens. Highly recommended. Parking is a bit expensive.

Very Good 8.0
The accommodations themselves were fine, and as I expected, but I basically had a Sumo Wrestler in the room above me. Walked so heavily and loudly, despite the front desk supposedly asked three times to refrain from walking like an elephant. Anyway, lost 3 nights of good sleep, and finally was moved to a different room. That wasted precious vacation time, but it was somewhat of a solution.
