Hotel is in a great location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dining is good. There is no shade or umbrellas or pergola in the pool area. This discourages daytime swimming and lounging as it gets extremely hot.

The property was accurately represented as a luxury hotel on Expedia. I was impressed with the greetings upon arrival and the hotel spaces. There were design elements that made it unique to the city of Saigon, which is important when travelling to an international city. I was particularly impressed with Thao, the woman who toured me around at my request to arrange special details for my stay. She worked magic. Our room was made up for romance upon the arrival of my husband. She went way above and beyond all customer service expectations to make an unforgettable rendezvous.

MGallery was a super hotel with a lovely room layout and views across the city. The room was well appointed and the interiors well thought out. However the amount of Single Use Plastic was high. Shower Gel & Shampoo in small plastic bottles, plastic water for drinking with nowhere to fill our refillable bottles and plastic coffee capsules (at least Nespresso is aluminum). We also struggled to use the cordless phone and ended up using our mobiles to call reception.

Charming hotel with a great design. Very comfortable room with great bed! The view is also great from both the room and the rooftop. Great breakfast and wonderful dinner. Staff are very kind and welcoming. Also has a great gym!

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Location, service, food, room etc etc etc! Especially service was amazing, personally top 3 experience in my travel experience far, every single staffs were so kind and helpful. I will definitely come back here if I have chance to go back to Saigon!
