Our room was clean, however the lobby area always smelled like cigarettes, there were cigarette ashes in the waiting area and was not clean. This was bizarre as other My Places we have stayed at have been over the top with cleaning.

I've usually found My Place to be clean and comfortable hotels. This location was dirty. It smelled and my room was not the standard that other My Place locations have held. There was hair in the bathtub that was clearly visible should the cleaning staff have taken the time to notice. I had to clean the tub myself. I didn't pay for a room to then need to clean it.
