We feel that the room was "lovely" but user-unfriendly to an extreme degree. Owner's "family emergency" was not remedied by lack of instructions for using the room or info on neighborhood. We had no access to kitchen facilities, microwave etc. And did not have any direct contact with owner. Key cards did not access promised common space, TV was unworkable, 2 lights were not working, jetted tub sprayed my wife when she turned the faucet on. Bed was horribly incomfortable & security systems was, I think, on silent alert.

Very unique and spacious unit with a really great view. Huge well equipped washroom, large combined bedroom and sitting area with a high vaulted ceiling, spacious deck, etc.. One thing to keep in mind is this accommodation is surrounded by working orchards therefore propane cannons are in use to limit fruit consumption by birds. That said, I'd definitely stay here again.

We've stayed here many times before and love the large view room with nice patio overlooking the lake and the cherry orchard. We get along very well with the owner Shinder and she is always very helpful. I noticed this time though that the chairs in the living room are starting to show quite a bit of wear so they should be replaced sometime in the future. This is a beautiful room with a massive walk in shower and huge jetted tub.

Beautiful and unique property. Excellent view from our balcony. We wished we had a microwave in our room.Otherwise the location, layout of the property and especially the bathroom were exceptional.

Very beautiful place. View is great, wake up to the sunrise. Toilet was in rough shape and rain fall show head needs to be replaced. Also cell reception and wifi is very weak, not sure why. Overall, one of the best places to stay in Osoyoos
