Once we walked into the room the kitchen sink was gurgling and backing up. The rooms were to have queen size bed in the ads, but they only are doubles.The deck for the unit had pine needles and weeds everywhere. The patio chairs had ash on them from someone's cigarettes. The tub doesn't drain properly making it unsafe while showering as it pooled at the bottom. Even hours after the shower there was still standing water in the tub.

Older but clean. Enjoyed the balcony and walks. It’s a timeshare like lockout, not a hotel so not a full time staff desk. Very close to golf course, I wasn’t on a golf trip but had meals at the clubhouse.
