consistently good

have stayed at this hotel at least 10 times since it opened. it’s clean and seems to be well cared for. rooms are quiet and beds are above average. the a/c is a little wacky it’s either blowing hot, blowing cold, or turned off. The fan is useful. in the memphis summers there is no problem, but in winter when I moved the thermostat from 71 to 69, the a/c came on then it got cold and I took the thermostat to 70 and heat came on. I finally just turned the system off and ran the fan. in light of this, if you haven’t stayed there, the only have a top sheet and coverlet on the bed. you can get blankets from the front desk.
