Winter visit
Interesting spot. No issues other than there was a big snow storm and when we asked where to park, we only received a shoulder shrug. We did not want our car towed or plowed in so we asked at another restaurant and they told us where free winter parking was located.

TV didn't work, staff didn't know how to fix it - should have had instructions for how TV worked, and thermostat once had instructions but the label was worn off and couldn't be read any longer. surfaces were sticky, and bathroom fan hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and wasn't working properly, full of bugs. new grouting in the bathroom would make it look a lot cleaner in shower area. visibly dirty in bathroom around baseboards. pillow covers on extra pillows very old and yellowed/stained.

My room was comfortable with a view of the water. I didn’t consider when I booked that I would be staying above an active restaurant. Thankfully it closes at 9 pm so it didn’t affect my sleep. The room had a mini fridge and Keurig, but a microwave would have been helpful. There is no elevator, but there is a flight of stairs at the front entry. I didn’t have an issue carrying up my luggage, but anyone with mobility issues should be aware of it. There isn’t free parking near the inn, but I was fortunate to arrive after the parking meters are monitored and left each morning before they began being used again. The location is amazing, though. Lunenburg is a beautiful town.
