Look elsewhere!
Standard room was in motel-like annex building which not described or photos on website. Original room smelled horribly of mold/mildew. Mold on lamp shades, and lamps were rusty. VERY rundown place in need of upgrades. Lots of broken and damaged items, and deferred/poor maintenance. Beds comfortable though, except pillows flat as pancakes. Could not stand the room smell. Service desk allowed me to check out an “upgraded” room in main hotel building, which was better for our second night. Had to pay additional $ for it. As it had a jacuzzi tub - cool, but stained tub bottom - would not use it. Main building common stairways/halls, outside porch very run down, bleached wood, mold and rot. View was awesome though, from porch. Weeds growing where a nice lawn would’ve been nice, between main building and water. Low cost maintenance items, e.g. paint/stain porch with decent chairs, grass instead of weeds, fluffy pillows, replace lamp/shades, dehumidifier, better maintenance/repairs, etc. would make difference. Thankful we were only there to sleep at night. Will not go back or refer. Recommend they sell the horrible annex building and put $$ into upgrading/maintaining the main hotel, as it’s a beautiful view and old main hotel building prob has lots of great history.

Room was nice but hotel was a bit outdated. We stayed 2 days and they did not clean room. Dropped off extra towels. The view was incredible though.

We booked 2 nights, a riverview room with a balcony and a jacuzzi tub. Our room was clean but very dated and had a sort of stale smell. The tiny balcony had serious spider webs and at night it was impossible to sit outside. The light comes on automatically and can't be turned off so it becomes bug central.. We came back late the first night and found out the jacuzzi was missing a part and was unusable. On checking out we were told nothing they can do,, we should of reported it when we found out. I told the women I wasn't going to call anyone 10:30 at night and we left early the next morning again, but she just kept saying " Nothing I can do about it" We paid close to $300 a day for a room with extras we couldn't enjoy, very disappointing.
