Pleasant staff! Efficient!
It was great. Pleasant staff, efficient check in. We stayed 5 nights but I did 3 separate bookings because originally was staying shorter. Upon check in, they were already aware of my other bookings, so they linked the files together. We didn't have to check out and check in again since type of rooms we booked were the same anyway. Room is small but we knew that. Even though small, layout was very well laid out. Bathroom was good space. I have seen some hotels with bathrooms so small that you have to go in sideway. Location is just wonderful being steps away from Earl's Court station.

Very Helpful Reception Staff
Mine was a very small room called a 'Classic Double'. Moving to one side of the double bed required a kind of sideways shuffle, but everything was cute, up to date and functional - kind of like a small stateroom on a ship, I guess. . Bed was very comfortable with good duvet and pillows. Bathroom was small but very functional and very clean. As at a few other hotels on my trip, I asked for a rubber bath mat for the shower but was told they didn't have such a thing and by the time I left, none had appeared. This is a safety issue and bath mats should be provided by the hotel if requested. The room did not have a proper chair of any description, but there is a seat of sorts which fits under the desk/dresser. Wi Fi worked well all but one morning. Room phone could only receive outside calls & could not be used for outgoing local calls. Housekeeping staff did a great job and went above and beyond the partial service that I'd indicated would be okay. The cheerful, thoughtful and helpful young men who worked on the reception desk were terrific and helped with bags, questions, wake up call and taxi booking. The location is great with all manner of food places, food stores, etc. all within steps of the door. Speaking of steps, if you find stairs a problem, be sure to ask for a room on the first floor as there is no elevator. Overall, a clean, comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Earls Court.

Very Good 8.0
Good hotel. It is a bit far out from central London. There is a metro about a two minute walk away. Rooms are very small but it is to be expected. Bathroom was clean. Overall decent hotel to stay in for two nights. We had no complaints. We enjoyed our stay in London.

Good location, wrong room key
Overall our stay was very good. The location was excellent and close to Earls Court station tube. The only problem is when we checked in, we were given the wrong room key and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience. The staff were quick to explain what it happened with the mixup and re-assigned us to it on occupied room.
