Staff very helpful especially Stephany at reception and Rizal for concierge. Although I arrived earlier than check in time they assisted in getting a room ready as soon as possible and took care of my luggage. Room was tip top condition and clean.

Good Stay
Standard Ibis Hotel chain hotel. Friendly staff, clean, functional room, comfortable bed and pillows. Wifi was excellent. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. I did not eat at the hotel’s restaurant, so I cannot comment on the food quality or service. I would stay at this hotel again.

Average cleaniless and small room
The hotel was average. Breakfast not a lot to choose from and doesn’t look very clean. The room is clean and small but the bathroom is very small and not super clean. Not a lot to do nearby. The hotel claims to be 3.5 stars but actually is much worse off than the 4 star Mercure hotel next door.
